To book a spa party, please call us at 604.224.4314 and have the names of each member of your party as well as the service(s) that each person will be getting on the day of your spa party. A valid credit card is required when booking spa party. Only Visa or MasterCard is accepted with a valid expiration date.

Bridal Parties

Le Petit Spa Party Policies
- Available spa treatments during your spa party must be of a value of $75 or more. If a spa service is booked with a value of less than $75, Le Petit Spa reserves the right to charge a minimum of $75 for these services.
- Spa parties must consist of a minimum of 5 guests (including the organizer). The maximum number of guests will be determined by spa staff availability at the requested date and time.
- Groups of more than 6 guests can be arranged. Any treatments excluded in the package can be added or booked for treatments from $75 and up.
- All spa party attendees (including host) must purchase at least one spa service.
- Please be aware that there may be other clients in the spa during your spa party. Noise level must be kept at a minimum.
- You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages to your Le Petit Spa party. The spa party guests are responsible for serving and setting up refreshments, no kitchen services are available. All food must be prepared in advance.
- Only mildly scented refreshments are permitted in spa in order to maintain Le Petit Spa’s serene and relaxing environment for all clients.
- Wine and beverage consumption must be moderate; we reserve the right to limit the consumption of alcoholic beverages.
- For courtesy to other guests, Le Petit Spa does not allow children in the spa that are under 10 years old.
- Staff members who are providing the treatment will not be allowed to serve.
- Spa refreshments of either a Charcuterie Board or High Tea Platter is available upon request. Please call in to inquire about pricing. Spa refreshments must be ordered at least 7 days in advance.
Booking Your Spa Party
A valid credit card is required to guarantee your spa party booking. Only Visa or MasterCard is accepted with a valid expiration date. We will be calling you to confirm your spa party and will get your credit card information over the phone at this time.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to make changes, reschedule or cancel the party or any services requested as a part of the spa party booking, we require 7 days notice in advance. A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for all services changed or cancelled with less than 7 days notice. Confirmation of an appointment is acknowledgement of this cancellation policy. Please make sure that all spa party guests are aware of the cancellation policy.
Spa Party Arrivals
All spa party guests must arrive in the spa 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointments in order to complete a client consultation form and prepare for their services. To enable to provide quality service to all clients, spa treatment must be started and completed on time. If any of the spa party guest arrived late or change a service at a lesser value, will still be charged the full amount of the original scheduled services.
Gratuities
It is recommended a gratuity of 18% - 20% be added on the total amount of spa party bill. Client must consider the gratuity percentage when deciding on the final totals of the services.
