Spa Etiquette & Cancellations
Spa Etiquette
Please respect the privacy of your fellow spa guests during your visit with Le Petit Spa. It is recommended that small children not accompany you to the spa (excluding Wednesdays between 10am and 2pm) so that our other guests may enjoy their full spa experience.
Cancellations
When booking a service at Le Petit Spa that is over thirty minutes of service time or more, Le Petit Spa cancellation policy requires a credit card number to hold your reservation.
In order for us to provide all our clients with the highest-quality service, Le Petit Spa asks that you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 100% late cancellation charge.
Le Petit Spa asks that you arrive at least 15 minutes early for your appointment with us to fill out the appropriate forms and any other preparation that may be needed before your appointment.
Clients that arrive for their service(s) late will be accomodated as best as possible; however, your service may be altered due to starting the service late.
Le Petit Spa reserves the right to charge 100% of the service price when accomodating late clients. The reservation of an appointment indicates that Le Petit Spa has reserved the service time for you and therefore have had to decline other customer offers for that particular service time at the spa.
