- Water! As with any season we want to be sure we are consuming enough of the most important resource we have. Add to that taking advantage of the farmers markets and whatever fresh fruit and produce is coming into season and you’ve got the best building block for great skin!
- Allergens! Consult with your Naturopath or MD about alleviating symptoms. Depending on the month some allergens can be higher and you will want to be sure to have a shower when you come indoors to alleviate the symptoms and wash off the pollen that will have collected in your hair and on your skin.
