What is a Highlighter?
A highlighter comes in a powder or liquid texture. Both textures work the same way by brightening areas of your face that needs some radiance like the cheeks, forehead, nose bridge and the Cupid's bow. A liquid highlighter can also be used under the eyes to help brighten the eye area and cover up dark circles. The most popular shades this Spring are rose-gold and gold, but pearl will always look flattering on any skin type.

How Do I Use Highlighter?
Using an angled brush like jane iredale's Blending/Contouring brush or White Fan brush, swirl a generous amount of the powder onto the brush, tap off the excuse, and swipe the brush in an upward motion across the cheekbones. Use the remaining powder on the brush to swipe across the forward and down the nose bridge for extra shine. Apply a small amount on the Cupid's bow.
For liquid highlighters, start by applying the highlighter under the eyes and create an upside down triangle to illuminate the eye contour area. Apply a small amount on the brow bone for extra shine.
